Successivamente, potrai scegliere tra la preparazione degli Ndunderi o degli Scialatielli, entrambi tipi di pasta nati in Costiera Amalfitana. Sarai guidato passo dopo passo per creare questi piatti deliziosi e tradizionali.

Infine, concluderemo in dolcezza con la preparazione della Zuppa Inglese, ricetta di mamma Annamaria, un dessert amato da tutti noi in famiglia.

The cooking class was wonderful. Rocco and Carla were very friendly and knowledgeable. We learned about their life on Praiano and how they make everything from scratch, including the olive oil, the wine, cured meat and a liquor, all from fresh ingredients from their garden or from friends and family. The experience took place in a covered outdoor area on their property right near some of their gardens. We had a lot of fun making a delicious meal and got to meet a nice couple from Australia. We would definitely recommend this to others if you’re looking for an authentic Italian experience!

Our three-generation family of six had an unforgettable farm-to-table experience in Praiano on the stunning Amalfi Coast, hosted by the warm and generous team at Be Genuine—Carla, Rocco, and their adorable son, Alexandro. From the moment we arrived, we felt embraced by their hospitality and the beauty of the setting. Nestled in the hills overlooking the sea, the atmosphere was peaceful and authentic—exactly what we were hoping for. The food preparations were hands-on and rooted in tradition. All ingredients were harvested right from their garden, including the grapes used to make their delicious wine. What truly made the experience exceptional was the company. Carla’s passion for food, Rocco’s passion for wine, and their kindness created a sense of connection that made our family feel like part of their family. It was more than just a meal—it was a celebration of Italian culture, local ingredients, and genuine hospitality. A true highlight of our time in Praiano, and a must for anyone visiting the Amalfi Coast.

Incredible experience. Rocco and Carla were both very informative and hilarious. Was really cool to be able to learn and cook in their garden, which gave a real local feel and they helped give us trustworthy suggestions for where to go on the rest of our trip. The food was great and really fun to make. We also tried a lot of wine that was probably the best wine we had all trip. Highly recommend.

My family and I had a wonderful experience!!! They are funny, friendly and kind!! They make everything fresh, we even had home made fresh wine!!!!! I now feel like a pasta and Tiramisu making professional!! The setting was in their home on their back patio where we had beautiful ocean views! Take the class, you will not regret it!!!

Siamo a Praiano, un paesino incantato nel cuore della Costiera Amalfitana, luogo perfetto per dar vita a piatti che racchiudono freschezza, tradizione e genuinità. Qui ci accolgono Carla e Rocco, i nostri Cesarini, che fin da piccoli, hanno toccato con mano quello che è il mondo della cucina, delle tradizioni e delle serate seduti intorno ad un tavolo. La cucina per loro non è mai stata una passione, ma uno stile di vita. Le loro reciproche esperienze, nel mondo della ristorazione, hanno dato vita al loro progetto: unire passione gastronomica, tradizioni e cibi genuini cucinati con i prodotti del loro orto e provenienti dai momenti di pesca. “Seguire le ricette di famiglia e tramandarle ai nostri ospiti è il nostro obbiettivo!"
