A completare il menù vino locale, un liquore tipico siciliano e un buon caffè.

Carmelo was such a WONDERFUL host and such a pleasure to be around. From the moment he greeted us, he made us feel welcomed. He walked us to the market to by the freshest ingredients and welcomed us into his home. He made the cooking experience fun and not at all daunting. He kept us at ease with wonderful interactions and a joyful experience. I cannot say enough good things about him, his skillset as a cook, and his hospitality. We would highly recommend him to others.

This was our favorite activity during our trip to Rome! Everyone should book it! Carmelo was so great! He shared his family's olive oil and Lemoncello. He was a great teacher and got us all involved in the process...even my niece got in on the action. I feel like we could actually go home and make pasta- and certainly could make tiramisu. He welcomed us into his home and made everyone comfortable, and he had great suggestions for the rest of our time in Rome too! It was way too much food!! but so delicious, we couldn't stop eating. I would definitely recommend.

Carmelo was an excellent cooking instructor and delightful to get to know. He included personal elements into the class - family recipes, traditions - and planned the timing very well. Everything was delicious as well. We enjoyed the class very much and would highly recommend Carmelo.

Ciao! Sono Carmelo, un siciliano trapiantato a Roma. Amo i sapori del sud e mi piace contaminarli a quelli tipici della cucina romana. Allo stesso tempo amo giocare con le tradizioni regionali (da quella napoletana a quella piemontese). I miei piatti forti sono, appunto, i main della cucina tradizionale italiana (con qualche contaminazione). Sono appassionato da tutto ciò che riguarda l'eno-gastronomia e l'home design. Mi piacerebbe accogliere gli ospiti in casa per farli sentire come se fossero i miei amici storici a cena e regalare loro un'esperienza (oltre che una coccola) tutta italiana.
