Maria and Giorgio are very welcoming hosts. I really enjoyed meeting them. Hands on making fresh pasta, ravioli, and tiramisu was phenomenal. Then we sat down to a delicious dinner. This has been the highlight of my trip to Rome. It was a special evening.

My husband and I had a cooking class with Maria and Giorgio and had a wonderful time! They were both so friendly and welcoming, and it was lovely to spend time in their home and meet some of their family. I was unexpectedly able to practice my French language skills with Giorgio which led to a lot of laughs for us all. The food was absolutely delicious and my husband and I both really enjoyed learning how to make pasta and tiramisu. We’re looking forward to making tiramisu for our families this Christmas. Amo preparare primi piatti con pasta fresca fatta in casa, come maccheroni alla chitarra, ravioli e lasagne, insieme a risotti e paste secche a base di funghi e verdure di vario tipo. Ho sperimentato con soddisfazione diversi piatti della cucina abruzzese, come le ndurciullune, le pallotte cacio e ova e il coniglio ripieno. Inoltre, quando ne ho l'occasione, mi lascio ispirare dalla cucina tipica toscana e laziale.
