Amo preparare primi piatti con pasta fresca fatta in casa, come maccheroni alla chitarra, ravioli e lasagne, insieme a risotti e paste secche a base di funghi e verdure di vario tipo. Ho sperimentato con soddisfazione diversi piatti della cucina abruzzese, come le ndurciullune, le pallotte cacio e ova e il coniglio ripieno. Inoltre, quando ne ho l'occasione, mi lascio ispirare dalla cucina tipica toscana e laziale.

- Maria and Giorgio are very welcoming hosts. I really enjoyed meeting them. Hands on making fresh pasta, ravioli, and tiramisu was phenomenal. Then we sat down to a delicious dinner. This has been the highlight of my trip to Rome. It was a special evening.
- My husband and I had a cooking class with Maria and Giorgio and had a wonderful time! They were both so friendly and welcoming, and it was lovely to spend time in their home and meet some of their family. I was unexpectedly able to practice my French language skills with Giorgio which led to a lot of laughs for us all. The food was absolutely delicious and my husband and I both really enjoyed learning how to make pasta and tiramisu. We’re looking forward to making tiramisu for our families this Christmas. Grazie mille to Maria and Giorgio for an evening that was a highlight of our vacation.

- What a wonderful experience from shopping to mixing and cooking to eating, Maria is the best. Her partner, Giorgio and her nephew made the day really enjoyable with great conversation about food and life in Roma. This one is a must do if you're staying in the city.
- We celebrated our mother‘s 70th birthday here. We had an absolutely amazing and fun time. The experience is something different to what you normally do and it was so worth it. We enjoyed the amazing and delicious food, which was all homemade. And of course the nice chat with the family. We felt absolutely welcomed. It was very cool to learn how to do pasta by ourselves. We will keep this memory always in our mind and we wish you all the best. Thank you very much for having us in your home.
