Amo preparare primi piatti con pasta fresca fatta in casa, come maccheroni alla chitarra, ravioli e lasagne, insieme a risotti e paste secche a base di funghi e verdure di vario tipo. Ho sperimentato con soddisfazione diversi piatti della cucina abruzzese, come le ndurciullune, le pallotte cacio e ova e il coniglio ripieno. Inoltre, quando ne ho l'occasione, mi lascio ispirare dalla cucina tipica toscana e laziale.

- A wonderful afternoon with Maria. I felt so welcome in her home. Her skill with pasta and tiramisu making and her patience with teaching me made the lesson so very enjoyable. A truly memorable afternoon that I will remember always
- What a wonderful experience from shopping to mixing and cooking to eating, Maria is the best. Her partner, Giorgio and her nephew made the day really enjoyable with great conversation about food and life in Roma. This one is a must do if you're staying in the city.
- We celebrated our mother‘s 70th birthday here. We had an absolutely amazing and fun time. The experience is something different to what you normally do and it was so worth it. We enjoyed the amazing and delicious food, which was all homemade. And of course the nice chat with the family. We felt absolutely welcomed. It was very cool to learn how to do pasta by ourselves. We will keep this memory always in our mind and we wish you all the best. Thank you very much for having us in your home.

- What a wonderful experience. Maria was patient and a good teacher. Her husband was incredibly welcoming. I was traveling alone, but felt safe in the neighborhood. Just like all of the other reviews here, we cooked and then we feasted, and spoke for hours. What a gift to have been welcomed with such warmth. I left feeling like a member of the family.
