"Sono molto golosa e curiosa. Sono cresciuta nelle case di famiglia con nonne, zie e governanti che passavano buona parte della giornata, soprattutto nei periodi festivi, a preparare pranzi, cene e piatti tipici quindi ho imparato presto a cucinare. Inoltre ho avuto la fortuna di avere una famiglia con provenienze regionali molto diverse e così ho imparato ricette tipiche della cucina partenopea, irpina, trentina, toscana, siciliana e ovviamente laziale e romana, quelle della mia terra."

- Angelica was super nice and very helpful with our cooking class. She invited us into her beautiful home and then served us the delicious meal that she helped us make. I would love to cook with her again!
