We loved the Sicilian home-cooked meal We had last night! The flavors, the love, the care... everything about this meal was pure perfection. The pasta alla norma was cooked to a perfect al dente, and the rich sauce was infused with the sweetness of eggplant and the savory goodness of tomatoes. The homemade tiramisu was fantastic! We took some home as well. What really made this meal stand out, though, was the love and care that went into preparing it. You could taste the passion and dedication that went into every dish, every ingredient carefully selected and prepared with love. If you're looking for an authentic Sicilian home-cooked meal, look no further. This is the real deal. Maria Julia is a top notch host.

The class was amazing. We were welcomed into Julia’s home with open arms and she taught us how to make a few amazing Sicilian dishes. She accommodated for allergies food restrictions and was very knowledgeable and prepared. We had a great time and got to eat some delicious food!

The class was great! Giulia has a lot of merit, she taught us how to make 2 types of pasta and tiramisu. I recommend not to skip this experience if you visit Palermo.

"La mia è una cucina semplice. Non amo infatti i piatti con troppi ingredienti perché penso che i sapori vadano riscoperti e non "coperti" dall' uso, a volte eccessivo, di panna o altro. Inoltre è una cucina legata al ricordo delle pietanze cucinate da mia nonna o da mia madre".
