Raccontando il viaggio di questi piatti da un versante all'altro della Sicilia, impasterete insieme a Giovanni i Maccheroni, fatti a mano con il “ferro dell'ombrello” proprio come li faceva zia Amalia 80 anni fa e darete vita ai Ravioli dal cuore di ricotta fresca e spinaci o per un gusto più particolare, ricotta fresca e arancia di Sicilia. Dopo qualche ricordo e qualche risata, verrete deliziati dal tipico Tiramisù, ricetta classica che porterete con voi nel cuore e nelle vostre case.

- The cooking-class with Giovanni was exceptional! Besides preparing pasta and gnocchi we learned a lot about Sicilian cuisine, lifestyle and culture. - Before we even had our experience, Giovanni was super communicative….right from the start. He gave us a couple different food options, answered any questions we had, and made sure we knew how to find their location. Our family of 4 absolutely loved our time with Giovanni and Roberta. We immediately felt we were at home, so comfortable from the start. Giovanni taught us how to make homemade gnocchi and macaroni. And after hearing our 9 year old’s love for “mac n cheese” he even cooked a homemade version of that as well! We relaxed on their rooftop terrace with wine and appetizers while the pasta cooked. We all loved hearing about their Sicilian lives. Our kids got so much more out of this authentic experience than they would have from any bus or walking tour. Thank you Giovanni and Roberta!
