    La bruschetta è un piatto emblematico della tradizione italiana, con varianti regionali che ne esaltano la diversità. Nella mia famiglia, preferiamo utilizzare solo due specifiche varietà di pomodori: profumati, carnosi e succosi, acquistati a km zero direttamente dal produttore. L'olio extravergine d'oliva è imprescindibile e anche le caratteristiche del pane selezionato fanno la differenza. La pasta fritta è un gustoso antipasto, perfetto da abbinare a salumi e formaggi: semplice ma di grande effetto.     Monica was a last minute switch for us as our original chef became sick the day before our class. We couldn’t have asked for a better teacher and guide to Italian cuisine. We took this class while on our honeymoon, and it was one of our favorite experiences during our three weeks in Italy. She and her husband were both incredibly warm and inviting, and made us feel like part of their family. We felt that we got much more than just a cooking class, but also an introduction and welcome into Italian culture. We will absolutely be returning when we come back to Italy.

    Monica and her husband welcomed us in her home and had a lovely family dinner with us. We made two fresh pastas that were delicious. Besides the pasta, they had prepared different food for us to taste. Unfortunately we did not make tiramisu but overall it was a great experience!
