    La bruschetta è un piatto emblematico della tradizione italiana, con varianti regionali che ne esaltano la diversità. Nella mia famiglia, preferiamo utilizzare solo due specifiche varietà di pomodori: profumati, carnosi e succosi, acquistati a km zero direttamente dal produttore. L'olio extravergine d'oliva è imprescindibile e anche le caratteristiche del pane selezionato fanno la differenza. La pasta fritta è un gustoso antipasto, perfetto da abbinare a salumi e formaggi: semplice ma di grande effetto. La pasta fresca è un pilastro della gastronomia italiana, che può essere preparata in tanti modi diversi. Scopriamoli insieme!

    It was truly a pleasure spending the day with Monica and her husband. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our pasta making and enjoyed the foods Monica prepared. She was such a delight! I would highly recommend this activity! The only negative I have was that there was no Market tour, which is how it was advertised with "Get Your Guide", but that was no fault of Monica's. She was simply the best!

    Monica and her husband were exceptional! They were warm welcoming and so wonderful! They asked what we wanted to make and were good at managing expectations due to time. They were so generous and knowledgeable and kind. It was a truly magical experience for my family. The children loved it! Thank you so much for a special memory and evening!!!

    Monica was absolutely incredible! She was patient, a great teacher and full of knowledge on how to cook the Italian way! All 8 of us dearly loved our experience and we all learned so much. This was well worth the money and it was one of our favorite experiences in Italy! We highly, highly recommend this experience.

    This cooking class was so much fun. Monica customized it to what we wanted to learn and was so knowledgeable. The class went long because she insisted we needed more time. She and her husband also provided a variety of meats, cheeses, fruits, and alcohol. Would definitely recommend!

    Monica's cookery class was absolutely amazing. She was so patient and kind, talking through every aspect of the dishes we were preparing. She treated us like family members when we then all at dinner. It was fabulous and I cannot recommend Monica highly enough.
