In estate la melanzana è la regina della tavola siciliana. Partiamo con un antipasto di verdure pastellate per poi passare al primo, un timballo colorato e saporito avvolto da fette di melanzane fritte. Il tutto sarà ovviamente innaffiato da un buon vino.

Nel mio menù non manca mai il biancomangiare, un ricordo dei piatti antichi e semplici della nostra cucina. Vi aspetto qui, a casa mia, per condividere con voi gioia, sorrisi e... piatti gustosi!

Adoro preparare i piatti tipici della mia regione, con una particolare predilezione per i primi piatti. Mi piace dedicare grande attenzione all'allestimento della tavola, scegliendo con amore tovaglie, stoviglie e illuminazione appropriata. Per me è fondamentale riservare un'accoglienza calorosa agli ospiti che si siedono a tavola!
