Le pietanze di questo menù vedono tra gli ingredienti principali gli ortaggi di stagione, cioè i carciofi, in una versione palermitana, e un secondo di carne tipico della nostra terra, adoperato soprattutto nelle tavole delle feste, il polpettone. Ci tengo a sottolineare che i prodotti che scelgo sono di stagione e che l'olio utilizzato è assolutamente biologico. Il dessert si sceglie di volta in volta in base alla disponibilità degli ingredienti e del tempo. Il tutto innaffiato da un buon vino rosso e tanto buonumore siciliano!
