Sarete accolti nella casa colonica con giardino annesso, all'interno di uno dei più antichi vivai di piante si Pistoia.
Il menù celebrerà la ricchezza dei piatti della tradizione contadina romagnola pur avendo alcune contaminazioni toscane presenti in alcuni ingredienti ma soprattutto nei vini. Se il clima lo permetterà potrete mangiare anche in giardino. Gusterete piadine, cassoni farciti, pizze fritte appena fatti con una selezione di affettati toscani, formaggio pecorino e formaggio fresco. Proseguirete con i garganelli, una pasta all'uovo fatta in casa dalla forma simile alle penne, conditi con piselli, prosciutto e scalogno. Poi arista con latte e salvia accompagnata da pomodori gratinati in padella. Per concludere la zuppa inglese, dolce di crema bicolore, savoiardi e liquore rosso.

- We had the best experience with Luisa! She was so friendly and welcoming. We started with the tiramisu and then made 2 different types of pasta and 3 different shapes of filled pasta. Luisa also turned the pasta into a delicious meal, and we ate everything we made together. Luisa was also very knowledgeable and explained the history of certain pasta and the local area! I can’t recommend this experience enough, we had the best time!

- We had a very fun afternoon, making pasta with Luisa. She showed us how to make traditional egg pasta with her family's recipe. She shared her knowledge and experience by telling us how to make bigger quantities and the insight about the diffrent pasta making techniques. Afterwards we ate the self-made pasta while enjoying a good glass of local wine. Besides the talk about pasta, Luisa also told us about family tradition, history, Pistoia and more. We would recommend booking a cooking class by Luisa!
