"Sono nata in Romagna, ma ormai dopo più di 35 anni a Pistoia la mia casa è la Toscana. Nel verde, ma a pochi chilometri dalla stazione e dalla piazza del Duomo. Vivo in una casa colonica all'interno di uno dei vivai più antichi della mia città, conosciuta per questa tipicità unica, ma anche per il piccolo centro storico a misura d'uomo con una ricchezza di edifici storici pari alle vicine Firenze o Lucca. Ho un animo creativo e curioso e nella cucina, attraverso i piatti della tradizione romagnola e toscana, esprimo al meglio il mio spirito di accoglienza: non a caso da me si entra, come nell'antica tradizione contadina, dalla porta della cucina. Adoro fare la pasta fatta in casa, impastare e cuocere pani, cercare, cucinare e tramandare i dolci classici della tradizione."

Luisa was beyond accommodating and kind. We had the absolute best time. She welcomed us into her home with love and spent time to teach us little techniques of Italian food. We got to make two different types of pasta as well as tiramisu. Her daughter even happened to be in town and was generous enough to spend time with us. My husband and I had the best time and we can't wait to share all the things we have learned with our kids! Highly recommend. Grazie Millie!

Wat een mooie kans om op vakantie in Italië te leren hoe je verfijnde vormen van pasta zelf kunt maken. En hoe smaakvol zelfgemaakte tiramisu is. Luisa was een goede leermeester die daar naast op een plezierige wijze ook andere zaken die met de cultuur van het land te maken hebben. , besprak.

My family and I truly enjoyed the cooking class with Luisa. She not only shared her great recipes and techniques, she shared a lot of history with us and made us feel like part of her family. We were in Italy for three weeks and this was one of the highlights of our trip for me!

Our group of 7, including two kids, absolutely adored our experience with Luisa! She made us feel so welcome in her home and shared so much more than just food! We all learned so much about the techniques as well as the tradition behind the recipes AND we all loved every recipe. We are so excited to try them all again at home! I loved Luisa! From the moment we got to her house everything was perfect. She welcomed us to her kitchen and started right away. She accommodated my daughter’s need and replace the tiramisu with a lactose free dessert simply divine. We learned two different pastas and seven different shapes of pasta. She was very thorough and explained everything very clearly and answered all our questions. At the end we got to eat our pastas with different sauces and they were delicious!. She is the real thing, very professional and very knowledgeable. I hope I can replicate what I learned with her. I would do it all over again! Grazie mile Luisa!
