Corso di cucina: impara a cucinare le ricette italiane con una Cesarina locale
Non esiste il modo migliore per fare il pane ma il modo più consono alla propria indole, al proprio stile di vita.Vi basterà un forno elettrico, alcuni utensili e poche regole di base e in poche ore assaggerete il vostro pane.
Durante questo corso, adatto a qualunque età, prepareremo la schiacciata toscana e la pizza sottile senza lievito, potrete farlo con me e una volta nelle vostre case, creare e gustare il vostro pane, in sole 3 ore. Durante la lezione vi verranno date informazioni generiche sulla panificazione italiana ed estera, impasterete e imparerete trucchi e segreti sugli impasti, le cotture, le forme e le consistenze. Vi verranno fornite dispense con informazioni e le ricette dei due pani della lezione. Alla fine li gusterete con me oppure li porterete a casa con voi.

- Everything about the experience was first class. Luisa was very friendly and shared many of her family traditions and experiences in cooking. We learned so me neat tricks of the trade that will be used in our cooking. Definitely worth doing.
- Wat een leuke ochtend. Samen met Luisa 3 soorten pasta gemaakt. Wat het zo bijzonder maakt om bij Luisa de workshop te volgen, is dat je volledig meegenomen wordt in de familietraditie en ook nog de geschiedenis hoort van het familiebedrijf, de kwekerij. Erg interessant en boeiend. Dank je wel Luisa.

- The cooking class with Luisa has been so much fun. She welcomed us into her home and made us feel like home as well. We made several shapes of egg pasta with the machine as well as by hand and then had a lovely meal with her sauce and the freshly made pasta. She then made us an espresso which we really enjoyed. Luisa's enthousiasm and warmth made the lesson so much fun, thank you so much Luisa! Would really recommend this class if you are in the neighbourhood of Pistoia (we drove 30 min from Lucca).
- We had the best experience with Luisa! She was so friendly and welcoming. We started with the tiramisu and then made 2 different types of pasta and 3 different shapes of filled pasta. Luisa also turned the pasta into a delicious meal, and we ate everything we made together. Luisa was also very knowledgeable and explained the history of certain pasta and the local area! I can’t recommend this experience enough, we had the best time!
