Preparerai due tipi di primi piatti, che faceva la nonna di mio marito che era di Firenzuola.
Tortello mugellano, risale al 1400, quando il Pulci, poeta alla corte di Lorenzo il Magnifico, li decantò descrivendone il perfetto abbinamento con un bicchiere di vino. “Ma soprattutto del buon vino ho fede, credo che sia salvo chi gli crede. Credo nella torta e nel tortello, l’uno è la madre e l’altro il suo figliolo…” I'gnudi: nome deriva da una parola del dialetto toscano e viene utilizzato per indicare qualcosa di “spogliato” e l’intero piatto si appropria di questo nome perché si tratta del classico ripieno dei ravioli, privo però del suo rivestimento. Zuccotto al tiramisù: Lo zuccotto (elmo)fiorentino che viene riempito di gelato come faceva il Buontalenti ma con tiramisù..

When my 3 year old starting getting bored, she gave him tasks to do to keep him occupied. The class itself was so much fun. We loved the authenticity of learning in her home, and the final results were absolutely delicious. It was one of the highlights of our trip for sure and I highly recommend Donatella
