Con grande entusiasmo vi invito a casa mia, un luogo accogliente dove, oltre ad ammirare la splendida vista di Firenze, avremo l'opportunità di cucinare e degustare le prelibatezze che prepareremo insieme. Insieme daremo vita a un corso di cucina esclusivo, nel quale metteremo mano a tre ricette speciali: un antipasto invitante, un primo di pasta fresca che esprime l'autentica tradizione e un dessert irresistibile. In un clima cordiale e spensierato, tra una risata e l'altra, vi racconterò le storie familiari che si celano dietro alle mie ricette, nate dalle abitudini culinarie di mamma e nonna. Vi svelerò i trucchi del mestiere per realizzarle alla perfezione, così da farvi sentire come se foste sempre con me in cucina.
Non vedo l'ora di accogliervi a casa mia!

- My husband and I came to Italy for our honeymoon and really wanted to try a cooking class while we were here. We cannot recommend this experience with Cecilia enough! Immediately upon arriving Cecilia was welcoming and warm. We made tiramisu and homemade ravioli, which were both incredible. Neither of us had ever made pasta before, so she as careful to explain the technique, demonstrate, and then guide us in doing it on our own. She even showed us how to make some other pasta shapes! She also offered us some pecorino cheese with her homemade fig jam, which was absolutely incredible. We enjoyed dinner in her dining room with a bottle of Chianti wine and chatted over dinner, while she gave us some tips on great local spots and other helpful information for the rest of our trip. If you will be in Florence, this cooking class with Cecilia is a must do!!! Although our honeymoon is not done yet, I can confidently say that this will be one of the highlights of our trip.

- Cecilia is wonderful! She is so warm, kind, and welcoming. Her style of instruction is fun and gentle with beginners. Her recipes are so tasty, and she was kind enough to email them to us so we didn't have to worry about taking any notes. After dinner, she spent extra time with us to demonstrate additional past techniques, and she shared hints about local things to see and do in Florence. The view of the city from her home is also an added benefit. Thank you, Cecilia!
- Cooking with Cecilia was the best part of our honeymoon. My wife and I signed up for Cecilia’s class during our time in Florence. It was scheduled for 6 people but we ended up being the only 2 that day so we got a personal experience. The food, the process, and the views were all amazing. It was surreal to be cooking for someone’s actual home kitchen - we really felt like locals for the 3 hours we were there. We highly highly recommend spending an evening cooking with Cecilia!
- We had a fantastic experience with Cecilia, she made us feel like part of her family right from the beginning. We have done pasta making classes in the US before but Cecilia taught us so many unique techniques that you could only learn from someone with the dedication and experience that she had. The food was some of the best that we had in all of Italy. Would strongly recommend to anyone!

Cesarina dal 2018Città: Firenze Lingue: Italiano e IngleseIn cima ad una strada appena fuori dal centro storico, davanti al parco del Museo Stibbert, la nostra Cesarina apre le porte della sua casa, dalla quale si gode una splendida vista della città. "Cucinare mi diverte e mi mette sempre di buon umore. Sono sempre alla ricerca della ricetta perfetta, e quando la trovo la custodisco come se fosse un tesoro". Quella di Cecilia è una cucina semplice, ma decisamente gustosa: "Mi piace invitare gli amici a casa, senza troppe formalità, dando però loro il meglio che posso".
