La mia cucina riflette la ricca tradizione siciliana, tramandata in famiglia e adattata per rispondere alle esigenze alimentari, inclusa la cucina senza glutine. Senza limiti di ospiti, ho organizzato eventi nel mio giardino con cibo abbondante, buona musica e curati allestimenti. Le mie cene natalizie sono sempre state apprezzate, con attenzione particolare all'allestimento e alla presentazione dei piatti. Oltre alla tradizione siciliana, amo sperimentare con piatti internazionali. I miei hobby includono la produzione di marmellate con la frutta del mio frutteto, la creazione di rosoli fatti in casa e varie conserve.

- Esperienza meravigliosa, Giampatrizia è stata bravissima e gentilissima. Abbiamo cucinato tutte insieme e mangiato benissimo, davvero un bel modo per trascorrere un giorno di festa. Consiglio vivamente!
- Sono andata a cena della signora Giampatrizia assieme ad una mia amica e ci siamo trovate veramente bene, un po’ come in famiglia. Appena siamo arrivate abbiamo notato la cura nel dettaglio della tavola con al centro una composizione floreale. Nonostante le nostre scarse doti culinarie, sotto l’attenta e paziente supervisione della nostra Cesarina, abbiamo mangiato tantissimi piatti molto buoni della tradizione siciliana, dall’antipasto al dolce. La serata è stata assolutamente di nostro gradimento e i padroni di casa si sono dimostrate persone disponibili anche nel consigliarci modi per arricchire il nostro itinerario durante il viaggio. Risate e chiacchiere non sono mancate, esperienza assolutamente da provare, consigliassimo!!!!

I booked this class as a surprise for one of my best friends the days before, and it was a perfect mix of authenticity, learning and eating. - An unforgettable culinary experience in Sicily! We were lucky to enjoy a very private cooking class – just my partner and me. The kitchen and table were set up with incredible attention to detail. From the very beginning, we felt right at home thanks to the warm welcome from Giampatrizia and her husband. Later, their daughter and son-in-law joined us, and everyone made us feel like part of the family. We prepared classic Sicilian dishes together: pasta with sardines, caponata, delicious cheese-stuffed meat rolls, and for dessert, a pudding with orange zest. Everything was made with fresh, seasonal ingredients – including olive oil from their own olive tree, which made the experience even more authentic. Their garden was so beautiful, and the atmosphere was just perfect. By the end of the class, we were not only more than full but also incredibly happy. It was an unforgettable insight into Sicilian culture and cuisine, and already recommended to friends who will come to Catania and other people we met on our trip!

As a family with celiac disease, it was important that the food was safely prepared in a gluten-free environment, and our host exceeded our expectations in this regard. We enjoyed every bite, knowing it was both safe and delicious. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy true Sicilian hospitality and cuisine.
