Siamo una coppia di chef appassionati di cucina ed ospitalità! Ci piace condividere le tradizioni culinarie locali con chi come noi ama il buon cibo ed il buon vino. Entrambi abbiamo avuto esperienze all’estero, tra Londra e Parigi, e torniamo a Roma per valorizzare e condividere le ricette italiane più gustose con chi abbia voglia di imparare e degustare con noi ! Pasta fresca fatta in casa e tiramisù sono le nostre specialità, che variamo con prodotti rigorosamente di stagione.Apriamo le porte del nostro appartamento, che si trova a pochi metri dallo storico Mercato Trionfale, tra i più ricchi e tradizionali mercati rionali di Roma ed a poche centinaia di metri dai Musei Vaticani e San Pietro, siete i benvenuti !

- Nous avons passé une soirée sympathique, gourmande et intéressante. Nos filles et nous avons hâte de reproduire ce que nous avons appris : réaliser des pâtes aux œufs, des raviolis, les sauces qui vont avec et le fameux tiramisu. Larry a partagé avec nous ses astuces professionnelles. Pendant le repas, Larry et son épouse ont été des hôtes accueillants et passionnants. Le tout dans un français impeccable ! Nous sommes repartis ravis avec des nombreuses recettes, des photos et même des suggestions touristiques !
- Cooking with Larry and Alexandra was definitely one of the highlights of my 9 night stay in Rome. I felt so welcomed in their home and absolutely loved learning the secrets to a true Italian pasta dough recipe as well as Tiramisù…patience, care, and simple local ingredients. Not only was this hands on experience authentic and delicious, but I felt as if I gained new friendships. I highly recommend Cooking with Larry and his lovely, wife.
- The whole experience was incredible! Larry is a great chef and teacher and getting to enjoy the food we made at their kitchen table is a wonderful way to end a great afternoon of cooking. I can’t wait to visit again!
- Myself and my new husband knew we had to do a cooking class during our trip to Rome, but we weren’t expecting such an intimate experience - seeing first hand what a real Italian family and kitchen is. Both Larry and Alessandra were amazing hosts and made us feel very comfortable and welcome in their beautiful home. The food was amazing and the conversation fantastic. Would recommend 100% Thanks again Larry and Alessandra - our friends and family back home in Australia aren’t going to believe our new culinary genius!!
- I had a wonderful time learning to make fettuccine pasta and tiramisu with Alessandra. She first took me on a personalized market tour. She made me feel as a family member. She was kind and thoughtful. She walked me through the process on-hands learning. I would certainly return.
