Ich liebe es, zu den Ursprüngen zurückzukehren, ins alte Florenz der Renaissance, und mit meinen Gästen eine Reise in die Vergangenheit zu unternehmen, um alte florentinische Rezepte nachzukochen: von hausgemachter Pasta, die vollständig von Hand hergestellt wird, bis hin zu Soßen und Desserts, wobei ausschließlich Bio-Produkte verwendet werden.

- Chef Francesca is the best! We made tagliatelle with a delicious sauce, lemon and ricotta ravioli and tiramisu. She showed us every step of the way and the final result was one of the most delicious pasta nights we have had. In addition to that, she was extremely welcoming and hospitable and we consider her (and Boh!) our friend for life now! Thank you Francesca!!
- Francesca was the dream host. She immediately immersed us in the ultimate every day of an Italian. We shared Prosecco, culinary techniques, and stories of home. The food was as loyal to Italian cuisine as I could ever imagine, and we still make her personal recipes to this day. Francesca - we love you! You hold such a special place in our hearts. - I loved this class so much! It was such an intimate experience. Francesca was very passionate about food, explained everything very well! She welcomed us very warmly into her beautiful home, and she was much fun and to hang out with! The food was so simple and full of flavour! Definitely the best tiramisu in Italy!
- Francesca was absolutely wonderful; we had an amazing experience. She was so charismatic, kind, and patient with us. We loved our trip to Florence because of this cooking class. Her talent and love for the art of cooking is incredibly inspiring to watch and see in action.
- Francesca was just the most wonderful, kind, knowledgeable teacher. Her home is just beautiful - the perfect setting for a class. We made three dishes, and she was really flexible in our ingredient use and how we approached the lesson. She has a genuine passion and excitement for cooking that shines through. Being with her was energising and when I am next back in Florence I will definitely book in with her!
