    Silvia was fabulous! We loved the food shopping, the tips only a true Italian would impart, her beautiful home, her lovely hospitality and of course, the food and its preparation. The experience was everything we had hoped it would be and more!

    My husband and I spent a wonderful evening in Silvia's kitchen and had a personalized cooking class. We wanted to learn to make pasta and I had said 'no' to learning about gnocchi. Silvia asked why and said we always found gnocchi very tough. She taught us to make gnocchi that was so light, delicate, and flavorful we could hardly believe it. The pasta was also wonderful. This cooking class was the highlight of our two-week trip to Italy.

    "I love to host and take care of the table, I always try to create a mise en place with some ingredient that recalls the menu or seasonality. I prefer to cook dishes of land, typical of the Tuscan tradition, I do not try too much in desserts... but only not to eat too many!"
