I'll serve you lunch or dinner in my living room or, in summer, in the patio between the plants of my garden. You can taste typical recipes from my region. For those who also love meat, the tagliatelle will be seasoned with ragù. For vegetarians, I'll prepare an onion and tomato sauce, a tipical bolognese recipe

- My husband and I had a wonderful pasta making experience with Paola improving our skills and learning more about Bologna life and culture. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for personalize their Bologna experience!
- Excellent host! The four in our party enjoyed taking turns in the various stages in making two pastas and tiramisu. We were served tastY bruschetta, meats, cheeses and and olives prior to making the pasta dishes. Our dishes were very good, thanks to an excellent chef. Highly recommend this host.
- We had a delightful lunch at Paola’s. She spoiled us with her delicious food and wine. She was so easy to chat to and was very generous in sharing her recipes. We would thoroughly recommend having a meal at her house.

We made tortelloni and tagliatelle, which were delicious with the sauces that we ate them with. We thoroughly enjoyed the stories and tips that she shared with us. The whole evening was a delight! We would highly recommend Paola and her cooking class! Thank you for sharing your love of cooking!!
