Then I will guide you in the preparation of tortellini: you will learn how to stuff them and close them with your own hands. Finally, we will taste them together, accompanied by a good meat broth or Parmesan crma.

- Paola è stata molto accogliente e ci ha rivelato i segreti della cucina bolognese tramandati direttamente dalla sua nonna. Il corso è stato molto istruttivo e alla fine abbiamo gustato le eccellenti lasagne che abbiamo preparato sotto la brillante regia di Paola. Un'esperienza fa fare per chi vuole scoprire i segreti delle varie specialità Bolognesi.
- Paola was fantastic! Very welcoming and kind. We were thoroughly impressed by her attention to detail and patience throughout the class. We learned many interesting skills that we will use once we get back home. Next time we visit Bologna, a must visit will be to take another class, perhaps her Grandmothers lasagna?
