I’m Cinzia, your Cesarina, and I welcome you in a characteristic stone farmhouse — in the village of Merana, between the Langa Astigiana and Monferrato — in a valley surrounded by hills and gullies with a lunar aspect. A love for authentic cuisine, fruit and vegetables from the garden, wine from local producers, and honey from my hard-working bees are the basis of my menus. A culinary experience at my house will give you a taste of the simple and genuine flavors of Piedmontese cuisine.
