Enjoy a special lunch and dinner during the summer in the garden of this gourgeous house in the city center of Bologna. In this tranquil location our Cesarina takes us on a journey through the flavours of Bologna’s local traditions, from mortadella to ragù alla bolognese.“I love cooking, because it brings together family traditions and the joy of sharing food with other people”.

We were a group of 9 people from 2 families, with those who cook a little to those who cook a lot, and Paola was very kind and encouraging and able to teach us all many things. The details are improrant, and she was able to give many tips to improve our pasta and tirimisu making. Many thanks Paola!

She gave us so many insights and helpful tips for making incredible pasta. She was very patient in helping us learn and refine the techniques that we will be able to take home and use for trying to make it on our own. She said we passed but have to come back for a follow-up next time we are in Bologna and possibly learn some more recipes 😀
- Wow. We weren’t entirely sure what to expect, but our time with Paola was exceptional - it absolutely exceeded any ideas we had. The setting, her home, was intimate and welcoming, much the same as her lovely personality. She is intelligent and patient. My husband does little to no cooking and was nervous about this experience. He felt welcomed and confident. Our meal was delicious. We absolutely hope to cross paths with her again.
