This cooking class is an excellent way to explore the flavors of Italy and the Mediterranean, as well as to acquire new culinary skills specific to the Sorrentine culinary tradition. During the experience, I will be happy to guide you in the preparation of classic dishes from the Amalfi Coast. After preparing them together, we will sit down at the table to savor the delicacies we have just created. We will begin with a tasty Sorrentine-style escarole pizza, and then continue with the flavorful potato and provolone pasta, typical of Neapolitan cuisine. Finally, we will end on a sweet note with a delicious black and white cream shortbread. I look forward to welcoming you!

- Allessandra was WONDERFUL!!! My daughter and I both agree it was the highlight of our trip. She welcomed us into her home and invited us to sit on her balcony with a beautiful view and an appetizer with Prosecco to begin! We began her class in her kitchen around her large island to begin cooking. The dishes we made were so much fun and delicious! Along with fresh pasta - ravioli and tagliatelle as well as homemade tiramisu! She provided prosecco and her husbands homemade wine which was delicious! All ingredients were from her beautiful garden. We visited with her sweet dogs and geese. It was truly the most lovely evening. An experience of local hospitality and authenticity to be cherised. Thank you Alessandra- Ciao until next time! 😘🇮🇹

- Alessandra was absolutely amazing! It’s not my first cooking class, but it’s been the most beneficial, most fun, and interactive class! My mom doesn’t speak English or Italian, Alessandra made sure she’s involved and brought out a translation device for her to understand everything we’re saying! On another note, the pasta and tiramisu we made were the best out of all we’ve tasted during our trip! Her house, her attitude and her personality were a highlight of the experience! I instantly recommended this class to my friends and family who are visiting and totally encourage you to book it! She’s also very helpful and shared all the recipes and photos of us on WhatsApp and was also very happy to answer any questions when we try to make the dishes back home! One thing to also note, Alessandra helped in picking us up and dropping us off which was very helpful as we didn’t have a private car! Thank you Alessandra, you’re the best!!!!
