    Together, we will share the culinary arts inspired by authentic local traditional recipes. We will use fresh vegetables just picked from my garden to create a delicious ricotta cheese, perfect for making tasty bruschetta. The fresh egg pasta recipe will be enriched with the addition of vegetables, giving us a variety of unique colors and flavors. We will cook together, delighting our palate with each step, all accompanied by a fine glass of wine. We will enjoy this culinary moment surrounded by a breathtaking view of the lake.

    This was an absolutely amazing evening. Patrizia was incredibly friendly and was a fantastic teacher. We arrived a few minutes early and she was so proud to show us her garden where the fresh ingredients used in the class came from. The view from the patio was beyond compare. The class was so fun and we learned so much. We truly can’t wait to make the tiramisu and fresh pasta at home. Patrizia was such a gracious host. She explained the home was her family home and her parents and cousins lived in other apartments. The time flew by and this was one of our favorite experiences on our trip. We would highly recommend this cooking class, especially with Patrizia as the host.

    We had such a special evening. We enjoyed every little bit. Patrizia and Luca made us feel so welcome and at home right away. It was so special to learn about their knowledge, skills and experiences with Italian and local cuisine. Their beautiful home and stunning view was really the cherry on the (orange)pie.     We had an amazing time with Patrizia and Luca who were amazing hosts. We had a wonderful evening at their home where Patrizia shared her recipes for tiramisu and authentic pasta.     "My life is tied to the lake, this is where I have my roots and where I’m fine. I am a painter, my work allows me to manage time and the kitchen is for me my second workshop, where I can easily create dishes instead of paintings. My two children, now grown up and my husband were those who made me practice and love cooking. Hosting friends during the summer in the garden was an opportunity to understand that receiving guests is a pleasure and a personal enrichment. The ingredients of my recipes are all genuine, from local producers:  honey, cheese, fish, directly from the fisherman in Dervio, and vegetables from my garden that my husband cares with passion for many years. Our house is a bit like the houses of the past, the fireplace and the stove allow us to warm up and cook with wood, and I must say that the result of the dishes cooked on the wood stove is very good. Also in the garden we have a kitchen and, in summer, we prepare, cook and always eat outdoors."
