I like to amaze my guests, starting from very simple ingredients I could prepare both local dishes like pizzoccheri, polenta, paradell, sciatt, or I could make many snacks based on leavened products for an aperitif ".

- This cooking class was the absolute highlight of our trip to Lake Como! My mother and I enjoyed every single moment from start to finish. Antonietta was an incredible host, warm, fun, welcoming and passionate about sharing her love of Italian cooking. She made us feel comfortable and created such a fun and authentic atmosphere. The food we prepared was absolutely delicious, and the tiramisu was simply to die for! Not only did we learn new cooking techniques, but we also shared laughter, great conversations and an unforgettable experience. If you're visiting nearby, don't hesitate to book this class.
