When you come to Sicily, you find yourself immersed in a universe of unique scents and flavors, and this is precisely the atmosphere that characterizes my home. My intention is to give you the experience of home cooking, simple and satisfying, rich in flavors that leave an indelible imprint on your memory. Together we will prepare a typical pasta, maccheroni with chard and sausage, and tagliatelle with Sicilian meat sauce. It will be a genuine pleasure to share with you the making of the family tiramisu, using zero-mile ingredients and accompanying it with homemade ladyfingers according to a handed down recipe. There will be no shortage of opportunities to taste it with a homemade laurel liqueur. I look forward to seeing you there.
