Making ravioli at home is an art that anyone can learn! With my practical tips, making them will not only be easy, but also a fun and rewarding experience. Put on your apron and let's get started!
We can create traditional meat-filled ravioli, or try the delicious Sicilian ravioli with ricotta and tomato sauce. If you prefer a more original touch, I will introduce you to ravioli with eggplant and parmesan cheese or the typical ravioli capresi, stuffed with caciotta and marjoram and topped with a creamy lemon sauce or a classic tomato and basil sauce. And why not dare with a sweet ravioli? I will surprise you with irresistible ravioli filled with ricotta and pistachio cream or with a mouthwatering!

- Giampatrizia is a wonderful teacher. She welcomed my sister and I into her home, and taught us how to cook numerous traditional Sicilian desserts. I would recommend her to novice cooks and seasoned bakers alike. She also provided a translator, who was equally excellent.
- We loved our time spent cooking in Giampatrizia’s home! She was so welcoming and everything was so delicious. To be able to experience something like that far away from home really made me and my sister’s Christmas very special! Thank you so much for the time spent teaching us!
- We had a wonderful experience learning how to make homemade pasta and Pasta Norma. Giampatrizia was wonderful and we learned so much. After we finished cooking, we sat down with her and her family and enjoyed our meal and learning about them and their culture.
- Giampatrizia is all you could imagine an Italian mama would be like. A good cook that controls the kitchen with lots of passion and warmness. She invited us into her cozy home and gave us and unforgettable evening. Also thanks to her husband and Stefania. We were a family of five and Giampatrizias cooking class was the highlight of our holiday in Sicily. We could feel this was not just ‘another day at the office’, but something she did because she lovede it.
- Sono andata a cena della signora Giampatrizia assieme ad una mia amica e ci siamo trovate veramente bene, un po’ come in famiglia. Appena siamo arrivate abbiamo notato la cura nel dettaglio della tavola con al centro una composizione floreale. Nonostante le nostre scarse doti culinarie, sotto l’attenta e paziente supervisione della nostra Cesarina, abbiamo mangiato tantissimi piatti molto buoni della tradizione siciliana, dall’antipasto al dolce. La serata è stata assolutamente di nostro gradimento e i padroni di casa si sono dimostrate persone disponibili anche nel consigliarci modi per arricchire il nostro itinerario durante il viaggio. Risate e chiacchiere non sono mancate, esperienza assolutamente da provare, consigliassimo!!!!
