The Christmas dinners for my banking team were always well-received, with a focus on table arrangements and dish presentation. Beyond Sicilian tradition, I enjoy experimenting with international dishes. My hobbies include crafting jams from my orchard's fruits, making homemade liqueurs, and various preserves."

Had a wonderful time with Giampatrizia! There were 4 of us and her kitchen was beautiful and set up well for the class. We had our 11 year old nephew along and they did a great job of including him and giving him fun stuff to do. Rosanna did an excellent job translating and the dishes were very interesting and tasty. Was a great time finishing off the class with eating on her beautiful patio and yard and just chatting for a bit. Would definitely recommend!

What a wonderful experience we had at Giampatrizia’s. She welcomed us into her lovely home and we quickly got to work. We made five dishes, including homemade pasta. Everything was delicious, but just being with her family was the absolute best part of the entire evening! Highly recommend!!!

My friend and I are both foodies and love to explore the local cuisines. During our recent trip to Catania, we booked a cooking class with Giampatrizia and it was amazing. She taught us a whole variety of vegetarian dishes special to the region while explaining the specifics: pasta a la norma, Cipollina, caponata con couscous and so much more. It was one of the highlights of my entire trip.
