The experience I propose, will take place in the heart of Palermo's historic center, within the beautiful setting of one of the oldest neighborhoods. Casa mia is a delightful two-room apartment where we will prepare a fresh pasta recipe and a stuffed pasta recipe, starting with the dough. We will continue our journey by preparing a delicious tiramisu. Once it is ready on the table, you can sit down to taste everything you have prepared, accompanied by a good Sicilian wine.

- I can’t express enough how much fun my husband and I had doing this. Gianpiero Invited us into his home and patiently taught us how to make pasta and tiramisu. Then we got to enjoy it with a nice bottle of wine. I recommend this to everyone.
