Your experience

    We will visit my garden together, where I will tell you about the choice of vegetables and their seasonality. We will be able to harvest and cook them together, while I will teach you about the culture of Neapolitan cuisine using locally sourced ingredients.

    We will gather lemons from my orchard, and I will explain how to prepare a quality limoncello. You will taste the wine produced by my family and enjoy a wonderful view of Mount Vesuvius and the entire peninsula.

    I will teach you how to make lemon gelato using the fruits from my garden that we will harvest together, and I will explain how to use the peels to make excellent limoncello.

    Alessandra create a wonderful experience. She was informative about the area and markets. She was fun and energetic. She was so kind when we were at her home and she is a spectacular cook. This was truly one of the best meals I had while in Italy! Highly recommended!!

    Alessandra was a fabulous host! She welcomed us into her warm and beautiful home, with amazing views of Sorrento. We learned to make several dishes, including tips and tricks to save time when needed, which I really appreciated because I have little ones. While the cooking was fantastic, we also just really appreciated her company. We would highly recommend Alessandra!

    Allessandra was WONDERFUL!!! My daughter and I both agree it was the highlight of our trip. She welcomed us into her home and invited us to sit on her balcony with a beautiful view and an appetizer with Prosecco to begin! We began her class in her kitchen around her large island to begin cooking. The dishes we made were so much fun and delicious! Along with fresh pasta - ravioli and tagliatelle as well as homemade tiramisu! She provided prosecco and her husbands homemade wine which was delicious! All ingredients were from her beautiful garden. We visited with her sweet dogs and geese. It was truly the most lovely evening. An experience of local hospitality and authenticity to be cherised. Thank you Alessandra- Ciao until next time! 😘🇮🇹
