Next, head to my traditional stone house in Pradello, where we’ll prepare a delicious three-course meal: Vegetarian Bruschetta with farm-fresh ingredients, Handmade Buckwheat Pizzoccheri and Classic Tiramisù, the perfect sweet ending. Patrizia was a wonderful hostess, providing us with limitless wine, freshly baked homemade focaccia, locally sourced cheese, honey and salami. The view from her house is incredible and it’s really the most enjoyable time that is worth every penny. She has been super responsive and overall extremely proactive with communicating with us. She is the epitome of a perfect hostess and everyone should try at least one of her classes! We can’t wait to return,

Amazing class! Patrizia and her husband were so hospitable and wonderful, and we made the most delicious pastas and tiramisu. My husband is the chef of the family and they were both so patient with all of the questions he was asking throughout the class :). Also, a bonus is that their house has a beautiful view of Lake Como! Would definitely recommend this cooking class and have referred Patrizia to a few friends who will be in Italy this summer.

"My life is tied to the lake, this is where I have my roots and where I’m fine. I am a painter, my work allows me to manage time and the kitchen is for me my second workshop, where I can easily create dishes instead of paintings. My two children, now grown up and my husband were those who made me practice and love cooking. Hosting friends during the summer in the garden was an opportunity to understand that receiving guests is a pleasure and a personal enrichment. The ingredients of my recipes are all genuine, from local producers:  honey, cheese, fish, directly from the fisherman in Dervio, and vegetables from my garden that my husband cares with passion for many years. Our house is a bit like the houses of the past, the fireplace and the stove allow us to warm up and cook with wood, and I must say that the result of the dishes cooked on the wood stove is very good. Also in the garden we have a kitchen and, in summer, we prepare, cook and always eat outdoors."
