Learn how to make fresh pasta in a picturesque vineyard, where natural wine is produced, overlooking the sea in Riomaggiore, Cinque Terre. In this cooking class you will discover the art of creating an appetizer with seasonal vegetables, fresh homemade pasta. My husband and I select only local products of the best quality: fresh basil, pine nuts, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Parmigiano Reggiano and Pecorino Sardo. Soak in the serene atmosphere of our vineyard as you savor your creations and enjoy fresh seasonal fruit or the traditional dessert we have prepared for you!

- Barbara and Stefano were great hosts who made us feel right at home and had us laughing all night. Barbara was very knowledgeable when it came to making bruschetta, tiramisu and pasta. Everything we made and tasted was delicious!! They catered for gluten intolerance so well. The only feedback I would give is more wine! We had one glass with dinner as well as a pre-dinner aperol spritz, but it would’ve been nice to have some wine as we were cooking and waiting for our food.
- We will NEVER forget this experience of cooking a fantastic traditional Italian meal in the gorgeous setting of this home. Our small group of 8 from 4 different countries learned pasta, Turkish, bruschetta abs frittata I’m a relaxed comfortable place with gorgeous views of the sea and love farm. We treasure our time as part of our first Italian vacation. Our hosts were outstanding on every level.

They are 2 loving and kind humans who share their love of cooking and Italy with visitors. There were a few extra tasting surprises for us. It’s clear Barbara and Stefan are passionate about cooking and sharing Italian culture and cooking. I will treasure these memories forever and will be back.

I was born in the Gulf of Poets, to a Sardinian mother and a Genoese father, and spent my childhood with my beloved grandparents. I like to think of myself as a citizen of the world, but I have a strong connection to my land and its traditions, as does my husband Stefano. Together, we want to share our passion for cooking and our roots with other enthusiasts and curious minds. Since I was a child, I developed a strong passion for cooking, thanks to my grandmother who taught me to experiment and taste new flavors. I have always been adventurous and have tried all the original recipes from different countries around the world, but Ligurian cuisine remains my favorite. We decided to open the doors of our house, located on the terraces of the Cinque Terre above Riomaggiore, to share our passion for cooking and local culture. For us, cooking is the best way to tell the story of our land and pass on the true Ligurian tradition to others. We are excited to share this culinary journey with guests from around the world!
