I offer a fresh pasta course in a Venetian apartment located in one of the city's most famous squares, Campo Santa Margherita. We will prepare two fresh pasta dishes: one stuffed with seasonal vegetables and one traditional pasta, such as tagliatelle, garganelli, or gnocchi, accompanied by a sauce that reflects the season. We will use local ingredients sourced from local markets and representative of traditional cuisine. You will be welcomed with an aperitif, and the experience will conclude with a tasting of the dishes we have prepared together in the familiar atmosphere of a home.
