Every country home has its own wood-fired oven, perfect for baking pizzas, bread, and cookies. At our home, we have an oven affectionately called “Forno Baciotto”… the reason you’ll discover when you visit!

Have you ever dreamed of making a pizza and baking it in a wood-fired oven, just like in a pizzeria? You’re in the right place!

During this experience, you’ll learn to prepare the dough for the best pizza you’ve ever tasted and top it exactly how you like. It’s a unique chance to get your hands in the dough and create your own authentic Italian pizza!

The evening ends with a tasting of the pizzas you made, accompanied by a seasonal homemade dessert.

You’ll also receive all the recipes to take home as a keepsake!

I was lucky enough to enjoy a cooking class with my boyfriend at Roberta's. We were warmly welcomed and felt at home right from the start. Roberta catered to all my wishes – there was something with fish and the dessert contained chocolate. It is a cosy property where you immediately feel at peace. Everything was clean and nothing was missing. Roberta demonstrated everything and is good at explaining things – her programme left nothing to be desired. I would attend another course with her anytime! :)

My cooking is genuine because I use only fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients. Living in the countryside, nature provides us with a variety of products such as vegetables, herbs, and fruit. Additionally, thanks to the many neighbors who grow vegetables, produce cheese, eggs, wheat, meat, and honey, I am able to buy almost everything at a zero-kilometer distance for the dishes I prepare. The dishes we’ll make together will be an authentic explosion of Sicilian flavors. The experience will be enjoyable, relaxing, and undoubtedly unforgettable.
