Learning about the cuisine starting with its peasant ingredients, guests will taste a selection of cicchetti prepared with Lessinia cold cuts and cheeses,
The aperitif will be served in the garden. We will cook a herb risotto from the garden with vialone nano rice . We will taste the main course and dessert together telling anecdotes and stories related to the proposed dishes. If time permits guests will have the opportunity to see our small olive grove

- Cristiana und Stefano waren wunderbare Gastgeber. Obwohl die Location etwas außerhalb Veronas liegt, war sie mit dem Autobus einfach zu erreichen. Man spürt ihre Passion und Liebe für gutes Essen. Wir hatten einen herrlichen Abend! Alla prossima!
- A fantastic experience. Excellent cookery tuition in beautiful surroundings. Cristiana helped and guided but I got to make the dishes and learn how to bring things together. And then to eat them with Cristiana and Stefano- and the courses were all delicious! Highly recommended. I would definitely do more cookery lessons with Cristiana if I had more time.
- Cristiana is truly one of a kind with her good energy. We immediately felt welcome and it was very nice. They have built such a nice little paradise and being there made us feel totally in peace and happy. Cristiana showed us how to make Tiramisu and Pasta from scratch and it is the best Pasta I ever ate. She taught it to us in a very understanding and intersting way. It was a lot of fun and a perfect surprise for our friend. I would recommend this experience to everyone and hope they will also be welcomed by Cristiana and her husband. We had a lot of great talks and a lot of laughter. We will always remember this moment. We all loved it and were so happy we organised it. We wish Cristiana and Stefano a lot of success! It was a pleasure to meet them.
- My family and I greatly enjoyed the experience and the food. It was a wonderful time that we will remember always. The was able to customize the dishes to accommodate intolerances. My 18 year old nephew liked it very much, especially the tiramisu.
- As a family of four, we had a wonderful time with our lovely host Cristiana who taught us how to easily make delicious pasta dishes with a personal twist and how cooking can delight your body and soul. Her cozy home setting made us feel welcome and comfortable from the moment we walked in. Cristiana took care to meet our special needs such as allergy and food preferences and even treated us with a special sweet surprise for our birthday girl... All in all, this is a highly recommendable experience you won't forget!
