Your experience
- Fresh pasta alla norma
- Handmade Tagliatelle with fresh basil pesto from the garden
- Tiramisu in a glass
We knead together grandma's traditional egg tagliatelle and dress them with a fresh pesto directly made from basil from my garden. We proceed with the second first course, as well as fresh "trofie alla norma" with eggplants, also picked from my garden.
We will finish by preparing a tiramisu in a jar with a Sicilian secret twist.
