Your experience

    I will be waiting for you in my home, a short walk from the center of Bagheria, to learn and taste together some typical recipes that represent Palermo and Sicily, also choosing them according to your preferences and tastes. We will start preparing the dishes starting with the raw materials: for example, I will show you how to cut vegetables correctly or how to make a flavorful soffritto. I will guide you through to the final stages of the dish, explaining the right time to add the various ingredients, while cooking and giving you tips on how to handle and preserve meat, fish or any other product. I hope this experience will convey to you the excitement of preparation and the gratification of tasting, with the goal of learning while having fun!

    I am a 25-year-old chef, irresistibly fascinated by cooking and with a passion that fuels my love for this profession daily. Sicilian cuisine, rich in authentic flavors, is my chosen domain, but I adeptly navigate the preparation of traditional Italian dishes and some international specialties as well. I have a particular fondness for first courses, whether based on fish or meat, made with fresh or dry pasta. I am skilled in Sicilian culinary classics such as caponata, pasta with sardines, pasta with swordfish and eggplant, pasta with arriminati broccoli, croquettes, panelle, arancini, as well as various delicacies of rotisserie and much more. However, I don't limit myself to merely replicating traditional recipes. I always strive to add a personal touch to my dishes, giving them a distinctive creative imprint.
