What could be nicer than cheering up an evening with friends with our Sicilian street-food? We will enjoy the legendary panelle, my very own buttery arancine, "u pani cunzato" stuffed with anchovies, red dates, a sprinkling of oregano and a primosale with peppercorns; and finally, to end on a sweet note, cassatelle di Castellamare: sweet ravioli filled with a delicate ricotta cream with drops of dark Modican chocolate.
