An immersion into my family kitchen; being the daughter of an art, I will let you savor home cooking with Mediterranean fragrances and flavors.
My menu:
eggplant rolls: this appetizer consists of slices of eggplant fried with typical cheese, rolled up, and covered with fresh tomato sauce.
maccheroni with "arriminati" broccoli: this fresh pasta is dressed with a sauce made of broccoli, saffron, raisins, and pine nuts. It was featured as the recipe of the month in the Italian cooking magazine "Cucina Naturale" in November.
cannoli: a delicacy waiting to be discovered.

- We came with high expectations, and Rosa Maria and Sally far exceeded them. The recipes are simple but elegant. The instruction was delightful. And the resulting food was delicious. I highly recommend experiencing this class.
- I wish there was a sixth star to give. Maria Rosa learned to cook in her father’s restaurant which had 2 Michelin stars and it comes through in everything, not only the food but the hospitality as well. Her friend Sally help with some English and with the cooking. You have to cook with them.
- Maria Rosa and Sally were amazing!! They took the time to work with us and explained everything along the way. And the end result was some of the best pasta I’ve ever had!! 11/10!!
- I really liked Rosa Maria. he explained everything to us very nicely and patiently. I cooked two types of pasta and tiramisu. they were the best I ate in Italy. it was very pleasant company and I'm glad I chose this activity. we thank her for this wonderful evening and will get back to her with pictures when we re-network at home. thank you very much for this typical italian experience!
