I’m Lara, a Cesarina in Modena, and I specialize in gluten-free and lactose-free recipes, born from the desire to bring inclusive, delicious dishes to the table that everyone can enjoy. I especially love preparing desserts, but my cooking also includes a wide range of savory dishes, always designed to combine taste, balance, and well-being. I carefully select simple, genuine ingredients, focusing on quality and seasonality, because I believe that great results start with great raw materials. I enjoy reinterpreting tradition in a lighter way, without ever giving up the pleasure of good food. In the kitchen, I put passion and care into everything I do, with the goal of creating recipes that can be shared by the whole family, both adults and children, turning every moment at the table into a warm, enjoyable, and flavorful experience.
