A colorful visit to the local market (every Monday morning) and the Earth Market-Slow Food of the Sorrento Coast (only on the second Sunday of each month).
A true outdoor laboratory of taste, flavors and excellence of the Sorrento Peninsula. Depending on the season, we will have the opportunity to taste and buy for the following cooking class, the many products offered by our splendid territory: the peninsula's beef heart tomato, the fabulous IGP lemons protagonists of many recipes, Sorrento walnuts, DOP evo oil from the hills, the excellent provolone del Monaco and other local dairy products, as well as the many seasonal vegetables and other products offered by the farms present. Shopping done, we will begin a cooking class at Km 0!

- Laura and Brunella gave us a very delicious and special experience. She accommodated my vegetarian diet on short notice and gave us a delightful experience learning her secret tips! I felt as if I have known Brunella and Laura for years! What a fun and intimate way to learn about the culture of the south! Grazie!
