Are you ready to prepare Strozzapreti, a fresh pasta typical of Rimini, and spend a few enjoyable hours with me? The name of this pasta is unusual and amusing, but, as you will discover during this experience, it is closely linked to the history of my region... I'll tell you all about it later. Made with just water and flour, Strozzapreti is a delicious pasta that is easy to prepare. At the end of the course, I will cook the pasta you have made and serve it with a homemade tomato sauce, so you can taste what you have prepared. All this will be accompanied by a good glass of Sangiovese wine. I look forward to seeing you!

- We chose the experience with Cesarina Patrizia to celebrate a bachelorette party, and it was simply a wonderful day! We had so much fun cooking together, filled with laughter and many delicious things. Patrizia welcomed us with great warmth and pampered us from start to finish, preparing delicious appetizers, a tiramisu, and a tart—everything was truly exquisite. You can feel her passion for cooking and the love with which she welcomes her guests. It was an authentic, special, and unforgettable experience that we wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy a unique moment centered around great food and conviviality. - We cooked in a really lovely garden. Patrizia and her mother both taught us so well and were so warm and welcoming. Zeus was also such a sweet dog who just couldnt get enough belly rubs🥰 At the end of the evening we stayed a chatted and also got to try Patrizias homemade limoncello and orange liqueur, which were fantastic! We will definitely come back🤗
