During the cooking class, we will prepare tagliatelle, ravioli and tortelloni, learning to work not only with traditional fresh egg pasta, but also with green pasta and the classic ‘paglia e fieno’. We will also make various seasonal fillings, from pumpkin and spinach to mushrooms and other local specialities. At the end of the class, we will enjoy the dishes we have prepared together, accompanied by an excellent local wine and tiramisu.
