In the heart of one of Milan’s most elegant neighbourhoods, I will welcome you into a spacious and refined kitchen to enjoy an experience dedicated to the art of fresh, handmade pasta. Weather permitting, we will enjoy the dishes we have prepared together on a romantic, flower-filled terrace lit by soft lights, in an intimate and welcoming atmosphere.
During the cooking class, we will prepare tagliatelle, ravioli and tortelloni, learning to work not only with traditional fresh egg pasta, but also with green pasta and the classic ‘paglia e fieno’. We will also make various seasonal fillings, from pumpkin and spinach to mushrooms and other local specialities. At the end of the class, we will enjoy the dishes we have prepared together, accompanied by an excellent local wine and tiramisu.

- Giuliana was a great guest. We had an amazing time with her and her family, learning how to cook raviolis, tagliatelle and tiramisu together. Everything was delicious!! It was definetly a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Milan!!
