Discover the secrets of the Neapolitan ‘cuoppo’, the traditional paper cone filled with irresistible Neapolitan street food specialities! I’ll welcome you with an aperitif and together we’ll prepare a range of fried delicacies: ‘zeppole’ made from ‘pasta cresciuta’, potato and mozzarella ‘crocchè’, ‘arancini’ (including vegetarian options), polenta ‘scagliozzi’ and seasonal vegetables in batter. I’ll reveal the tricks for achieving a golden, crispy and light fry, whilst teaching you how to manage cooking times and techniques. We’ll enjoy our cuoppo accompanied by a seasonal salad and a glass of local white wine. We’ll finish with a refreshing lemon sorbet!
