A seafood menu, taking advantage of the top-quality catch that my area can offer and creating classic but also tasty dishes.

As an appetizer we have a tartine with friggitelli and red shrimp. The first course, spaghetti allo scoglio in seawater, will be followed by sea bass served with oyster cream. Dessert, on the other hand, is an unfailing symbol of Sicilian tradition: a refreshing lemon granita with brioche.
