Your experience
I'll be waiting to show you how easy it is to create wonderful gourmet dishes, with organic and local produce, vegan and gluten-free. I will teach you the techniques and secrets of plant-based cooking, without sacrificing the enjoyment of local flavors. We will create a 4-course menu consisting of a modern appetizer, a fresh pasta dish, a vegetable protein main course and a custard dessert. At the end of the course we will eat together everything prepared inside a farmhouse, nestled in the woods, from the 1300s.
I am Cesarina Danilo: a chef with more than 20 years of experience in plant-based and gluten-free cooking. I look forward to teaching you all my secrets!
