This is an authentic Italian cooking experience, simple and fun ! In my home in Florence, we will make two types of traditional pasta together and I will reveal to you the secrets of my grandmother's recipes.
They are called "Pici," the pasta that originated in the country where I was born, southern Tuscany. According to tradition, Pici are seasoned with a tomato sauce and a special garlic that we call "Aglione." While the Pici pasta will be "resting," we will turn our attention to the preparation of Potato Gnocchi which will be seasoned with the famous Tuscan sauce.
We will end the experience on a sweet note with a typical Tuscan dessert.
