Hi from Mara!

My passion for cooking was passed down to me by my two grandmothers, experts in traditional cuisine, and by my mother, who added a touch of modernity. As I became a vegetarian, I began experimenting with new recipes using vegetables, finding my great preference in vegetarian and vegan cooking. With a keen eye on my family’s traditional home cooking, I have aimed to reinterpret dishes in a vegetarian style, using only top-quality ingredients. Every two days, I buy fresh produce at the local market, where the products come from Italian, Piedmontese, and particularly Cuneo regions, my homeland. Sharing this commitment gives me the satisfaction of introducing a lesser-known world, demonstrating that it is possible to eat healthily and deliciously while respecting nature and one’s own body.
