Hi from Gabriella!

Half Sardinian, half Turinese, our Cesarina Gabriella knows the gastronomic traditions of her two lands well. "I have always enjoyed cooking and since I was a child I have participated in the creation of the dishes that my mother and grandmother used to prepare. The passion for cooking has found fertile ground in my family, thanks also to my husband with whom we alternate stoves; together with him and his innate curiosity I have known and learned to prepare recipes from different cultures and places."
