Hi from Michela!

Michela is from Verona, she has always lived in Verona, a city of art and love. Her apartment is a few steps from Piazza Brà, in the city center. The hills with its vineyards, Lake Garda with centuries-old olive trees and the Lessini mountains surround the monuments of a city with magical views. Her passion for cooking is a family legacy. Grandmother Laura and mother Bibi involved grandchildren and children in the preparation of long and short fresh pasta, lasagna, tortellini and tortelli, meat main courses with side dishes and desserts. "In the kitchen I try to convey the value of simplicity, but at the same time I am always ready to experiment with new dishes, mainly using the typical products of the Verona area."

Michela was absolutely wonderful- kind, warm, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. She went above and beyond and my family had the most incredible experience walking Verona, cooking and eating with her. A gorgeous city and a fabulous experience!

Hello Michela, We want to thank you for such an amazing evening. All of your attention to the smallest detail including Andrew's distaste for nuts, and Jack being vegetarian was a really nice touch. Your home was lovely and warm and your kitchen was supremely equiped! From the bottom of our hearts thank you! Michela was great!! My husband and I learned a lot about Italian food culture in the few hours we spent with her. She served us local cheeses and soppressa. She made for us bigolo in tomato sauce, eggplant and cheese dish, and a peach tart. Everything was tasty! We helped a bit in making the eggplant dish. She gave me cooking tips I can use at home. And we spent a lot of time talking about our cultures. We highly recommend her and the Cesarine program.
